Malta Global Residence Programme

The Malta Global Residence Programme was launched in 2013, owing to Malta's incredible quality of attracting expats who are in need of a second home that offers them the perfect Mediterranean lifestyle. The Malta Global Residence intends to recognise economically stable foreign nationals who are interested in purchasing or renting a property in Malta or Gozo and maintaining it as their permanent address, as tax residents.
