- Secure a 10-year lease agreement for furnished tourist homes or hotel accommodation worth at least €400,000 or €800,000, depending on the location of the real estate.

- Invest €500,000 or more in Greek government bonds with a maturity of at least three years.

- Buy shares, corporate bonds, or Greek government bonds worth €800,000 or more.

- Put €350,000 or more in an investment fund that invests in Greek government bonds, corporate bonds, or equities.
